The MaxStamp 4001 complete with stock text as image, the overall impression size is 45 x 25mm.

ENTERED - with adjustable date in the centre of the word. The stamp is supplied with a two colour ink pad, red date and the rest of the text is blue. It can also be used with a separate ink pad.
