Coverage
These terms and conditions are valid for any order placed on ‘customstampsonline.co.uk’
and ‘customstampsonline.com’. We do not accept other terms and conditions by the ordering party.
Orders placed on customstampsonline.co.uk and customstampsonline.com
All orders placed are binding and will be produced and posted in the UK by customstampsonline.
Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online.
In case of production problems the ordering party will be contacted immediately.
In any such case the ordering party may cancel the order placed and any money paid to customstampsonline will be refunded.
Graphic designs can be uploaded and a 1:1 Real Preview (PDF can be printed out) is available
to see the imprint of the stamp to be produced. The ordering party is therefore responsible for the quality of
artwork uploaded. In case of poor quality artwork we will contact the ordering party for approval.
Important: The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct email
address and the full postal address - including postcode - during the ordering process. In order
to avoid any tasteless and unseemly transactions we reserve the right not to process orders. In
such a case the ordering party will be informed and any money paid will be refunded.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit cards (see customstampsoline.co.uk for cards accepted),
cheque or BACS. Credit card payments are handled with a secure link (SSL) through WorldPay.com.

For cheque, BACS and credit card phone-in orders
the ordering party will receive an order pre-confirmation with a pro forma invoice plus a payment confirmation
by our credit card handling company.
Once credit card payment is processed
WorldPay.com
sends a payment confirmation email to the ordering party.
Delivery
We deliver to the UK and to the Republic of Ireland by Royal Mail. Orders are
normally posted within 24hr and despatched by First Class Mail. Special Delivery is available at extra cost.
Returns
In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within
two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.
Goods can be returned free of charge to the address indicated on the delivery envelope.
Goods without any error / damage will not be taken back unless we agree to do so.
In that case a minimum charge of 25% of the total order value will be charged to the ordering party.
Compensation for any sort of damage is limited to 50% of total purchase value.
Email-Policy / Privacy
The ordering party’s personal details will be used to handle the order only
and the information will not be passed on to third parties. Customstampsonline may send their customers
information on new products and services from time to time.
Alternative Brands
Customstampsonline reserve the right to supply alternative products to that shown
on the web site. These will be of comparable design and quality and will produce the same results.

We will occasionally add comments submitted by customers to our Testimonials
