The Stamp Making Process

17th August 2009

  • We use pc’s to aid with the design and then set a plate.
  • The plate is sent electronically to machine called an image setter.
  • This produces a negative.
  • We use another machine to make a negative moulding plate from the negative.
  • We then mould a die from this plate.
  • The resulting die is then attached to relevant stamp shell and despatched to the customer.
